How does it work?
1. Install & Open the Plugin • Download and install AmpHub on your computer. • Open the Standalone version, no DAW required. • Or load AmpHub as a plugin (VST, AU, or AAX) inside your favorite DAW.
2. Connect Your Guitar or Bass • Plug your instrument into an audio interface. • Ensure your DAW input settings are correctly configured.
3. Customize Your Tone • Dial in your sound using detailed amp controls, just like on real hardware. • Swap virtual cabinets and microphones to shape the character of your tone. • Add effects like overdrive, delay, reverb, modulation, and more.
4. Record or Play Live • Use AmpHub to record directly into your DAW. • Route your signal to a live rig for reamping or performance.
What equipment do I need?
To use AmpHub, you'll need the following:
1. A Compatible DAW (optional) AmpHub is supported by all major DAWs on Mac and PC.
2. A Computer that Meets the System Requirements • Mac: macOS 10.9 or later • PC: Windows 7 or later • RAM: At least 4GB (8GB+ recommended) • Can also run standalone (without a DAW).
3. Audio Interface • Converts your guitar/bass signal into a digital format for your computer.
