have not used it because i couldn't figure out how to. And all that your support person did in reply, when i wrote to them, was insult me. i didn't spend much money, but i wanted to try it, and your support person never even addressed my question, instead going out of his way to tell me that the big new modeling plugin isn't free!!,,,I never asked that!! So the pack sits on my system in the studio, and I may never be able to use it because your people chose to insult me rather than to let me know if,,,or how I could use it, or if i was supposed to have something proprietary to open and use it. Not good business on your part, and I don't think I'd do business with a company that treats customers, or potential customers that way. And with that in mind I have expressed this view to others I know who have studios of their own. Up to them whether they buy from you, but they now know your support person is insulting.
